Unclassified Senate represents more than 1,900 employees of the University of Kansas. As the governing body of unclassified staff, the senate advocates the interests of these staff members and works with the governance community and administration of the university to enhance the workplace and represent the contribution of unclassified staff to KU.

Unclassified staff empower every aspect of KU. From students and faculty to research and service, unclassified staff members enable the university, the state and the students to move forward and achieve their best.
