  1. Review of Committee Charges as approved by SenEx.  Committee assignments.

HREO is undertaking efforts to simplify the Conduct and Performance Review procedures. 

Human Resources Report - membership breakdown by categories
Report on Unclassified Demographics reporting - current UPSA membership is 1,698.

Governance & Representation - Kevin Halgren

Restructuring UPSA governance - Pam Houston handed out the current and draft "Code of the Unclassified Professional Staff."  She will e-mail these two documents to the UPSA Exec Board distribution list.  Please review this proposal, send your written comments to all Exec Board members, and come to the next UPSA meeting prepared to discuss it.

Public Relations - Jill Hummels

Brochure #2 plans - it has been noted that our brochure is largely out-of-date due to staffing changes affecting UPSA members pictured in the brochure.  We will need to produce brochure #2 and possibly update brochure #1 before the legislative visit this spring. 

UDK advertisement:  Jill will get a price from the UDK and send that information with the final ad copy to Ray Hummert.  Ray will get a check and take the ad and payment to the UDK.  The UDK will run the ad after payment has been received.
